Wow. I like what you've done with the plot bunny. I don't think I quite imagined it that way when I originally thought it up.
I like your Annika. She has cheek and speaks her mind, but is playful. Alec could use playful in his life, yet with someone who understands.
Nicely executed, Sher! Are you going to continue this or is it just the one- off like the plot bunny was originally intended to be? I'm don't usually pair Alec with anyone other than Max (don't ask me why, because I don't particularly care for the way she treats him!) and I'm not typically a fan of original female characters (they often turn into Mary Sues) but I could like your Annika.
