Ouch.
Not much more to say, really. Very good job of conveying the tragedy with very few words.

*stares blankly at screen* That was terrible (in the best of ways, mind you)!
You gave a truly fantastic overall view on the Pulse's consequences for all kinds of people, just to really rip my heart out by accounting the gravest consequences for such a previously 'usual' means of transportation as flying.
Wow, you blew me away, Shay - and I have no words.
Author's Response:
Aw, Twinch! I'd never really considered the Pulse's affect before the challenge. I mean, I had vaguely thought about it at some point, but never given it much weight or importance, kind of just brushed it off as a turning point rather than a focal point. When I finally sat down with the idea, it occurred to me that there were plenty of terrible things that must have/could have happened. At first I'd wanted to write something about people pulling together despite the horror of the situation, but you know me! I'm angst's bitch!
Thanks for reading and reviewing, hon. Your comments are greatly appreciated.

That was wonderfully eerie! For something with so few words, it was filled with fantastic detail. :) Amazing work!

ohhh very nice, totally wondering who was in seat 32F but I suppose that is part of this stories charm!
Author's Response:
Yeah, pretty much :) It's borderline canon - we know that a number of transgenics escaped but we didn't know what happened to all of them (at least as far as the TV series went) so I kinda worked from there ;)
Glad you liked it, hon! Thanks for reviewing :)

Oooh, I like. Bleak, slightly depressing, and yet a rather poignant commentary on capatalism.
Author's Response: Thanks for reading and commenting, sweets! (which reminds me how awful I was to put off responding to your submission... *winces*)
