Nice to know what Alec thought about at the ending, it seemed like he was discarded a bit too quickly as soon Logan and Max are in the picture. It seemed like both he and Asha needed a little bit of comfort, maybe he's not willing to really admit what he really feels about the whole Max-Logan situation, too bad he came home too quickly before he could complete his thinking sentence (hate when that happens!).

But Aaah yes... Love sucks, that's what you learned. Yeah, sorry this had me think too much.

Author's Response: Thanks a lot for the sweet and thoughtout review, Insomnia. I'm happy to read I got you thinking as well. *grins*

And I agree about them discarding Alec too fast at the end of that episode. After all, he had had his fair share of story in it as well, and it was kind of left hanging in the air.

I like this piece. The realistic thought process made me smile and nod. It's almost like the thoughts are a bit disjointed, definitely not smooth - much like an active brain in changing circumstances and situations would be. (Though I'm sure some people might argue that X5s should be capable of super-multitasking and compartmentalization, but I am not going there)

I enjoyed this. It had a mild angstiness to it, a bit of sadness.

Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response: Thank you so much for the lovely review, Shay. *huggles tightly*

Yup, my thoughts exactly on the X5s' "realistic thought process" in spite of their capability of compartmentalization... *nods to herself knowingly*

I'm glad you liked it - and after just watching the ep, these reflections from Alec's POV really hit me and wanted to be written.
