Oh wow, that was awesome.
I like your style of writing, how one thing is connected, however how flimsy the connection can be at times.
With Anything, I almost didn't see the angsty end, but you're right. She did take him too much for granted. And when that happens, suddenly every small details come crowding back.
In Brick, Max is her own omg-how-can-I-even-sleep-with-him-must-be-the-heat-thing self. I really really wanted to smack her this time. For someone genetically engineered she can be dense sometimes *sheesh* You should have a sequel of this, where Alec moves on and she's the one left biting the dust. Heh That should be totally cool :D
