OMG, my heart absolutely broke for Max. Your writing really grabs me and drags me right into the story, feeling what they're feeling, thinking what they're thinking. I'm hoping like mad that you haven't abandoned this story, Alec needs to find Max and rescue her from White and her broken heart! Really excellent job.

Woman, you're evil! How do you DO that? You killed me. You killed me over and over and over and I wasn't aware it was even possible!
I liked how you had Alec's memories attack in pieces and interspersed between the present events in motion. I really liked (as was stated by another reviewer) how he subconsciously still knew who she was and what she meant to him, even if his conscious self didn't. And I especially like how he seemed to grab hold of the one specific memory at the worst possible time and the worst way.
I am fully aware of what artistic license is and that fiction is fiction so I got over the fact that Max closed herself off and gave up pretty easily. It definitely adds a wonderful twist to the plot and a healthy dose of angst.
But I haven't gotten over the cliffhanger (of sorts) She's been picked up and didn't even fight them (can I hate Alec's memory loss here?) But...he remembered? Yes! *punches air...and then fake-punches Sue* YOU ARE EVIL!! But FINALLY :D And uh-oh... Is Alec going to pick up the scent and find her?

Memories are a tricky thing, and yes, eventhough he didn't completely recognize her, he still know she means something. That's what I was trying to convey and I'm super gald you guys picked it up. yay!

But she was abandoned (twice!) and given their history, and her afinity to run away from something, that was a plausible reaction we can expect from her.
Yes, you can hate Alec's slow memory here! It sure take its own sweet time to remember the love of his life huh? But of course he's gonna find her! They're fated to grow old and wrinkly together. But he won't have an easy time finding her, that's for sure. Oh man, am I spoiling too much? hahaha

I love how even though his conscious doesn't remember her, his subconscious still knows that she's his. The characters are great so far, and I'm interested to see where you take the plot.
Loved the first one - Anything and Everything. The depth of Alec's emotion for her was beautifully written.
