And so it begins, huh? Great cliffhanger (of course, I am only saying that because I know the continuation is already posted, otherwise I'd be growling).

Poor Tim. But I really liked how you had Alec deal with it. Quick, no nonsense, nothing else to do. And smart of him not to let Max dwell on it long. That conversation between Max and Syl must have been interesting. 

And Lydecker is back, huh? So is Ames. This should get very interesting.

Ooooohhhh... the plot, it thickens! Very nice story/chapter! (And now I'm insanely curious as to what exactly Syl said to Max).
