Aww! Awesome. The Normal/Alec dynamic is always an interesting one, and the little glimpse into Normal's past was also great. He's not just the persnickety boss that causes problems; he's had hopes and dreams and a life, too. And the little description about Alec almost being childlike when no one was paying attention was awesome, too. There are definitely times when he's young, even innocent. He just doesn't often let people see that.
