Y'know.. This made me sad and happy at the same time and I'm slightly annoyed that I'm feeling that way because hey, I try to stay away from that bettersweet taste but I just couldn't help myself.

What will they do, will they get hitched, will Max get pregnant (if that's possible), search for a "cure"? Do a follow up. Or just leave it as it is.. This story got me intruiged, I'll say.

That was incredibly beautiful, definitely inspirational on many levels that many fics don’t quite reach. I’m sure you’ve written this on fanfiction.net and I think I might have read it, it’s been a while though. Sigh. I really don’t know what else to say, I absolutely adored it. It’s so poignant, nearly brought tears to my eyes, definitely tugged on those heartstrings.

I remember this!!

Remember reading this the first time round and being struck down by the sheer sadness of it all, and the hope that burns at the end.
