This is super fun!!

Never enough good fic about Normal.  I really could believe he was the big academic, pre-pulse.  And so lovely to see those rebrobates actually care, however quietly, about their long-suffering boss man.

If only more writers could do unusual characters justice like this...

This was just beautiful and so sad-- it makes me feel for Normal, all he's lost.  It helps explain his testy personality so well!  Yet another victim of the Pulse, getting by... nice to think that his batch of 'morons' look out even for him on occasion! That says a lot about them, as well...

Thanks for this wonderful glimpse into another part of 2019 Seattle...

ooo I rarely read pieces outside of the normal ships, but this was an interesting take. Rarely do I see pieces about Normal, and this was very well done!

Loved how you provided background on Normal's life that could have been.
