Oh, I love that Ben is getting a second chance...that Alec is protecting him and trying to give him the space and environment that he needs to prove himself a "good soldier" again...a chance at redemption. Also, it's pretty amusing that Alec is saving Ben from Max until he thinks that Ben is strong enough to be able to handle her. Really well-written, and very perceptive about Max's character! :D
