Really beautiful descriptions, lovely banter and good story-telling for an imaginary plot.

Finding out about Alec's vulnerable side made all the difference to Logan, after all and helped them settle some misunderstandings that had been standing between them all that time.

It moved me how well Logan took care of Alec right from the start (despite lying to himself and hardly knowing what to do), seeing that the other truly needed someone to help him for once. Whatever grudge there might have been at one point or another, Logan surely still has a gentle heart for the transgenic cause.

When the two made out in the end, I thought that the younger man was a bit straight forward with his offer - but then, it's Alec we're talking about. On the other hand, I loved his pleading his case with Logan by telling him in no uncertain terms, that he so didn't have to do anything he didn't want to do anymore!

Author's Response: Thank you.

This was so beautifully crafted. You managed to draw on both Logan and Alec's vulnerability to create someing that could almost have been possible in the circumstances It was almost too painful to read in parts, but I reached the end and found myself wanting there to be a second encounter.

Author's Response: Thank you :) I'm glad you enjoyed it, even with the angst. It's not an easy pairing to make believable, at least from my perspective (I think that they'd both have to let their guards down and they're both so guarded, at least in different ways), so I'm also glad that you felt that it worked.
